2. Services Offered

WorldSubtitles offers digital services that allow users to:

• Generate subtitles from user-provided audio files.
• Create video montages with subtitles using background videos supplied by the Website.

These services are accessible upon purchasing credits through the Website.

3. Purchasing Credits

Users can purchase credits via Stripe using a valid credit or debit card. All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Upon successful payment, credits will be added to your account and are non-transferable.

Please note that credits are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits will expire after this period.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By purchasing credits and using our services, you expressly consent to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.

5. Refund Policy

6. Liability

WorldSubtitles shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the services in question.

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in France.
